******* Semi-Private Pilates Apparatus Classes ******
Semi Private Classes will be run as a Series. To keep your group classes as productive as your 1 on one classes, consistency is required.
Pilates Reformer, Beginner Series These are 8-week series, offered on: Wednesday @ 10:45 am and Saturday at 9:45 am. The Series begins Wednesday, January 14 and Saturday, January 17th.
Pilates for Mobility, Strength & and Posture will begin the following week, Tuesday, January 20th, at 10 am, and will also be offered as an 8 week series.
This is a beginner class that moves at a gentle pace and will focus on exercises that strengthen and mobilize the spine, core, hips, knees, and ankles. This class is a great for those returning to fitness after a gap, as well as those looking to improve body alignment and posture.
***Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Classes are Trios – 1 teacher, 3 students. Cueing and feedback are provided for individual progression.
Studio apparatus classes are Open to students who have completed an Introductory session. The price for the 8 class semi private series is $275.

Pilates Mat, Embody, Tuesday @ 5 pm
Build core strength, stamina, and balance! Connect your whole body in movement and experience changes in your posture, body-mind connection, and more. The Pilates mat repertoire takes you from standing to floor-based exercises and back up again, with a focus on controlling movement from your core. Pilates builds strength from the inside out.
A good prop to bring is a hand towel. Folded or rolled, it provides support or feedback for different exercises. Mats are limited, so please feel free to bring your own mat.

First Class: Free!!! Drop-in: $20. 4-class pass: $70, 8-class pass $120.

Core Foundations (VIRTUAL) Sunday, January 25th, 9:45 – 11 am Pacific time
Connect to the core of your body, through breath and a ball. This is an experiential anatomy class that will introduce you to the bony structures of your core- your spine and pelvis as well as the muscles that support it. This “core body awareness” is a great introduction or pairing to your Pilates practice. Cost : $25 You will have access to the replay for 30 days.
You will need a “Gold” Yamuna Ball or equivalent for this class. If you can’t acquire one in time, a Pilates/Fitness ball can fill in.

Pilates Home Practice – Longevity! (Virtual)
This class will help you create an exercise program at home to load your skeleton for strong bones, better balance, and improve daily function without going to the gym or Pilates studio.
