Informational Zoom Call on Core & Breath Basics  (VIRTUAL)  Monday, February 9, 4:30 -5:30  pm Pacific time  NOTE: New Day and New Price: FREE!
This is an informational, pre-workshop Zoom call.  It is an introduction to a new program I am working on the important topic of Breath, for Posture, Breath in Pilates, Breath for transforming pain to better function. Improving your breath also supports optimal core and pelvic floor function!!
Are there any specific things you are struggling with related to movement and exercise?  How has your pain or performance progressed or regressed in the past 2 or 3 years?
There will be a short series of exercises offered to give you an experience of breath as a corrective mechanism for movement and core and pelvic function.
The only fitness tools you will need for this class are 1 or 2 squishy fitness balls, or a partially deflated Gold Yamuna ball,  and 1 or 2 yoga blocks and 1 small ball for release work, not too hard. A Yamuna black ball works for this as well.  You will also need 2 or more tri-fold bath towels for this experience.
Cost: This class is free and includes access to the replay.
