Pilates Core Foundations, Tuesday @ 9:45 am, Saturday @10:30 am
This is your Pilates 101, where you will be introduced to Pilates Reformer exercises and essential Core concepts. Awaken connections to your deep muscles and feel aligned and energized from within.
This is the place to explore your Pilates Core foundations.
Pilates Beginner, Wednesday @ 9:45 am, Saturday @9:15 am
This class builds on your core foundation as you build new connections with Beginner Pilates exercises. Improve your breath connection, alignment, and coordination as you build your beginner practice in the Pilates Method.
60+ Pilates, Thursday @ 11 am
This is a new class tailored to the 60+ population. Work out in a small peer group to improve your posture, joint mobility, and overall body tone. The focus is on improving your functional strength and stamina, guiding you to experience pain-free movement in the studio and out in your life.
***Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Classes are Trios – 1 teacher, 3 students. Cueing and feedback are provided for individual progression.

Pilates Mat, Offsite, Tuesday @ 5 pm
Build core strength, stamina, and balance! Connect your whole body in movement and experience changes in your posture, body-mind connection, and more. The Pilates mat repertoire takes you from standing to floor-based exercises and back up again, with a focus on controlling movement from your core. Pilates builds strength from the inside out.
NOTE: Location for this class is: Angela’s Fitness, 2218 Alpine Boulevard. Mats are available, but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer to have extra padding.

Feb 21st hike is postponed due to a week of rain:
The new date is Saturday, February 28st. This is an afternoon hike at Mount Viejas in Alpine.
The weather is still cool. We will meet up at 1:50 and hike at 2:00 pm. This is an ascent of less than 2 miles. Hiking poles are recommended.
