Roll & Restore:  Spine, Breathe & Core

Release tension in your back, neck, and shoulders as you reset your posture and connect to your core muscles in a new way.  Yamuna Body Rolling is a blend of self-care, and core fitness. It is a powerful tool for releasing tension and restoring muscle tone.   The Yamuna work provides a wonderful bridge to the Pilates Method by helping you tune in to your inner body!
Gold and Pearl balls will be used for this class. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.

Classical Pilates Mat,  (offsite) Monday @ noon  and Thursday @ 6 pm,
Build core strength, stamina, and balance! Connect your whole body in movement and experience changes in your posture, body-mind connection, and more. The Pilates mat repertoire takes you from standing to floor-based exercises and back up again, with a focus on controlling movement from your core. Pilates builds strength from the inside out. (Basics to Intermediate levels)
NOTE:  Location for this class is: Angela’s Fitness, 2218 Alpine Boulevard.
First Class $10.  Single class: $20; 4 classes: $70; 8 classes/$120

*******  Semi-Private Pilates Apparatus Classes ****** 

Intro to Pilates Reformer   ( 6-week Series for $225)   Two series are offered: Tuesdays @ 5:30  pm and Wednesdays at 9:45 am ( series begin on May 12 and May 13 and run for 6 weeks)
Enhance your body awareness, core strength, and coordination as you develop your beginner Pilates practice.  This is our beginner class to help you ground your practice, as you build your skills and understanding of the Pilates Method.  (option for one makeup class) Please reach out if you are interested.  It will not be available through my scheduler.
Tower Class (Level 1/2)  Saturday @9:45 am
Everyone loves Tower classes. Feel deeply stretched and energized after this class!   The Tower stretches your body and mind as you build your connections to spinal mobility and stability, and play with the art of control.
  Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Classes are Trios: 1 teacher, 3 students.

Pilates Core Foundations 1  – The workshop that will help you harness the foundations of Breath, Centering, and Alignment, the most important beginner Pilates principles. Putting these principles into practice alone will  relieve common body pain, bring you into coherence with your posture and more.  This will be offered in studio as well as virtually.  Stay tuned for more info on this Series or workshop !!
