*******  Semi-Private Pilates Apparatus Classes ****** 

Introduction to Pilates: Essentials. 
This Class is your Pilates 101 and will introduce you to the basic Pilates Reformer exercises and important concepts that help you build your practice.  Pilates exercises follow a layered approach, so you are always working to build skills for other exercises. Feel your core body in action, and energize from within.
The next 6-week foundational series begins the week of  October 27th!  Reach out to reserve your spot! 
Class options are:  (Monday @ 11am, Tuesday @ 4:15 pm,  Saturday @ 9:45 am) 
Pilates Progressions Level 1/2, Empower, Tuesdays @ 9:45 am 
This class challenges your beginner skills to build new exercises and movement sequences. Improve your breath connection, alignment, and coordination and control skills as you learn new exercises within the Pilates system. Classes may be Reformer or Tower-based.

***Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Classes are Trios – 1 teacher, 3 students. Cueing and feedback are provided for individual progression.   

*******  Semi-Private Mat-Based Classes ****** 

Pilates Mat Essentials: Embody,  Thursday, 4:15 – 5:15 pm
The mat work is the essence of the Pilates Method.  Challenge your core body knowledge as you build your personal Pilates mat practice.    Connect to your core to build integrated whole-body exercises and improve movement quality, posture, and mobility. Build strength from the inside out.
Core Body: Restore,  Saturday @11 am
Come to this class to restore the supporting structures of your movement body.  Classes will explore your breath connections to movement. Each class will incorporate soft tissue release techniques and gentle movement to restore the Nervous System balance and expand your core connections. Build your core body knowledge and gain tools you can use at home to bring balance and capacity to your daily life.

Semi-Private Mat and Restore Classes are $30/1-hour class, 6 classes for $150.

I will be hosting  1 event per month, a fitness event or a cafe/ meet-up. As we enter lovely hiking weather, the first meetup will be a 30-45 min. hike from Wright’s Field.  The first event will be on Sunday, November 2nd. Let’s meet at the park entrance, on South Grade, at 2:00 pm.  ( Note: This date is first morning of turning back the clock”)

Pilates Home Practice  – Longevity(Virtual)  
This class will help you create an exercise program at home to load your skeleton for strong bones,  better balance,  and improve daily function without going to the gym or Pilates studio. A Pilates and functional exercise program supporting women 55+ to maintain an active and balanced lifestyle.  Class time TBA.  Reach out if you are interested. 
This is not an on-demand class. I will watch and cue you as if you are right with me. Please reach out if you are interested.  Possible times: Monday early am or Wednesday later am.

Core/ Breathe Basics  – Expand your access to your breath and observe how your Pilates exercises become more accessible. Explore how your breath drives the core support needed for all Pilates exercises.  The Pilates Method is a continuous interplay of breathing and movement. This is a deep dive into the most fundamental principle of the Pilates Method.
