Roll & Restore:  Spine, Breath & Core

Explore how your breath can support your spine and allow your body to release held tension.  Experience effortless posture and natural core support. This is Self-care for your nervous system, core support for your body, and Deep Tissue massage for your soul. The Yamuna work provides a wonderful bridge to the Pilates Method by helping you tune in to your inner body!
Gold and Pearl balls will be used for this class. Please bring yours if you have one.  Balls will be available for class use or purchase. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.

Pilates Essentials Reformer – Thursday @ 9:45 am, Saturday @ 9:45
This Class connects your Core Foundations to your group Reformer skills. Layer your Foundation skills on the Pilates Reformer exercises. Feel your core body in action, and energize from within.
Tower Mat (Level 1/2)  Monday @ 5:30 pm
The Tower exercises help you learn the concepts of grounding and centering. This class will guide you to move from your center to build full-body connections. Building your mat exercises on the tower gives you feedback to get more out of the exercises. Feel deeply stretched and energized after this class!
  Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Classes are Trios: 1 teacher, 3 students.   Cost: Single class: $45, 5 /$210, 10/ $390

****** New Pilates Core Foundations****** 

Pilates Core Foundations is our NEW Trio entry point to ground your knowledge in the Pilates Core Concepts.  ( The First Series will be offered at the end of May-June, a 5 class series. ( more details coming)
You will learn the whole body connection to Breath, Alignment, Posture, and Pelvic Floor.  This class will introduce you to the new science of breath and its important relationship to healthy, whole-body movement.
Learn how something you do 20,000 times a day relieves common body pain, improves your pelvic floor health, and creates a strong Foundation for your Pilates practice!
