All sessions are by appointment only. All packages are valid for 3 months.
Payment is required before your session. We accept Cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo. CC payments are available and will incur a 2.5 % service fee. Split payments are also available.
NEW – Monthly Memberships are now available.
Memberships will be available for 6 sessions/month or 10 sessions/month. A 3-month commitment is required for the membership discount schedule.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. All sessions are scheduled with a 15-minute buffer for equipment clean-up and student egress.
We also offer 90-minute private lessons. A single 90-minute session is $115, 5 sessions / $525, 10 sessions/ $950

Registration, Payment, Release of Liability, and Health Intake forms must be completed before participation in any of our programs.
Grip socks are required for all sessions.
We appreciate a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This time is set aside, especially for you, and your commitment is required to reach the goals we set out to achieve together. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy, to avoid being charged for your missed session. You can avoid this fee if you reschedule the session within 48 hours. Consider a Zoom session. We can work on anything, and you will get a recording.
Please consider a virtual session if you need to stay home to care for a family member or have a sudden change in your schedule. Virtual lessons are very effective and also help you create space for home workouts.
Referrals are the highest form of gratitude. We love it when you share your Pilates results with others. We will reward you with a gift card of up to $100 for friends and family you refer to our studio.
