Private and Semi-Private Rates

Studio Policies

All sessions are by appointment only.

Payment is required in advance of your session. Cash, checks, Zelle and Venmo methods of payment are preferred.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. All sessions are scheduled with a 15-minute buffer for equipment clean-up, and student egress.

We also offer 90-minute private lessons.   90-minute sessions work well for clients interested in the Yamuna work or where we are creating programming with more than 1 modality.

All packages are valid for 4 months from the date of activation.  

If you are interested in a duet, please let us know.  We are happy to help match you up with a client of similar abilities.

We offer Specialty classes, workshops and semi-private mat classes.  More information on Classes is available here.

Before joining a semi-private equipment class you must complete a minimum of 4 private sessions or a Pilates Introductory Mat Series.

Registration, Release of Liability, and Health Intake forms must be completed before participation in any of our programs.

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment are subject to 50% of your session fee and cancellation within 2 hours, result in forfeiting the session fee.  To avoid cancellation fee, you can reschedule your session within 48 hours.  Consider a Virtual session make-up.

If you need to stay home to care for a family member or are feeling well enough, please consider a virtual session. Gentle workouts and body rolling sessions can support the body’s healing process.

Referrals are the highest form of gratitude  We love it when you share your Pilates results with others.  We will reward you with a gift card of up to $50 for friends and family you refer to our studio.
