Whether your goal is to relieve pain, improve performance, or discover a new way to condition your body and mind, we have two options for you to get started. I also highly recommend doing them both.  They are highly complementary.

Solo Discovery Package (1-to-1 )

The Solo introductory package is the place to get grounded in your Pilates journey.  This is our 1-to- 1 introduction where your program customization begins, through assessment, honing in on your personal goals, and becoming familiar with the apparatus and the Method.  This allows me to get to know your body and support your individual needs.
The solo discovery package includes: 3 private lessons for $225.  Available in studio or virtually.

Pilates Core Foundations Series-

This is our NEW entry point to our semi-private group classes to anchor your foundation in the Pilates /Core concepts.  You will learn the whole body connection to Breath, Alignment, Posture, and Pelvic Floor.  This class will introduce you to the new science of breath and its important relationship to healthy, whole-body movement. Learn how breath is the cornerstone of the Method and healthy movement training and discover how it relieves most body pain, promotes a healthy pelvic floor, and creates a strong Foundation for your Pilates practice!
The Pilates Core Foundations Series is 5 classes for $175.  Available in studio or virtually.
