We may have the same anatomy, but not the same history. My specialty is helping you get to know your body, unlock your movement blocks, and relieve pain in the process. I blend restorative techniques and Pilates to create movement experiences that build trust in your body and help you go the distance, both inside the studio and out in your life.

Mindful movement brings harmony and balance to your body and brain, expanding your capacity for building strength and trust in your body. Pain is often cleared by unraveling and rebuilding the pattern. But pain is a curious thing. It is an output of the brain, a message to pay attention to, to do something different. This is often the puzzle that we solve together.
