If you are looking for pain relief; guidance through a new stage in your life, or even solutions to a laundry list of body issues, we can tailor a program to meet your movement goals.

Private lessons: For those who have recently recovered from an injury, have unique needs, or prefer individual support, these sessions are designed and tailored entirely for you – your learning style, goals, and schedule.
Duets: Share your lesson with a family member or friend. Receive personalized feedback and guidance.
Trios: Semi-private equipment classes: 3 students and 1 teacher. An affordable option to progress your Pilates skills and stay accountable to your Pilates practice.
Mat-based classes such as Pilates mat, Body rolling, Flexible & Fit Foundations, and Posture & Balance classes can also be found on the Classes and Events page.
We also offer individual lessons online. Virtual private sessions are a great option if you have your own Pilates equipment or a desire to deepen your practice from the privacy and convenience of your own space.
