Pilates Reformer, Beginners, Energize, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday @ 11:00 am
This Class continues from your Pilates Introduction and will build your Pilates 101 understanding and build your Pilates practice. Pilates exercises follow a layered approach, so you are always working to build skills for other exercises. Feel your core body in action, and energize from within.
Pilates Progressions, Beginners Plus, Empower, Tuesday, Friday @9:45 am
This class challenges your beginner skills to build new exercises and movement sequences. Improve your breath connection, alignment, and coordination and control as you learn new exercises within the Pilates system. Progressions and skills may be practiced on reformer, tower, chair or barrels.
***Pilates Semi-Private Equipment Classes are Trios – 1 teacher, 3 students. Cueing and feedback are provided for individual progression.
Studio apparatus classes are Open to students who have completed their Introduction to Pilates Series. Classes are available on request.

Pilates Mat, Essentials to Intermediate: Embody, Tuesday @ 5 pm
Build core strength, stamina, and balance! Connect your whole body in movement and experience changes in your posture, body-mind connection, and more. The Pilates mat repertoire takes you from standing to floor-based exercises and back up again, with a focus on controlling movement from your core. Pilates builds strength from the inside out.
First Class: Free!!! Drop-in: $18. DECEMBER SPECIAL: 5/$60 ***
Mats and props provided. A good prop to bring is a hand towel. Folded or rolled, it gives support or feedback for different exercises.

Roll & Release, a Holiday Restorative, Saturday @11 am – 12:30 pm, Cost: $30
Join us for a restorative holiday reset. Release tension in your back, neck, and shoulders as you reset your posture and connect to your core muscles in a new way. Self-care for your nervous system, self-massage for your body. Yamuna Balls will be provided for this specialty class. Reservations are required for this class, 48 hours in advance.

Pilates Home Practice – Longevity! (Virtual)
This class will help you create an exercise program at home to load your skeleton for strong bones, better balance, and improve daily function without going to the gym or Pilates studio. A Pilates and functional exercise program supporting women 55+ to maintain an active and balanced lifestyle. Class time TBA. Reach out if you are interested.

Core/ Breathe Basics – Expand your access to your breath and observe how your Pilates exercises become more accessible. Explore how your breath drives the core support needed for all Pilates exercises. The Pilates Method is a continuous interplay of breathing and movement. This is a deep dive into the most fundamental principle of the Pilates Method.
