Join us for a March Matness celebration to celebrate Pilates. Discover what moving from your center is all about and improve your posture, stamina, and core connections. Free class on Friday March 21, @ 1 pm . Registration in advance is required.
*Roll & Restore Upper Back, Shoulders, and Neck        (Sunday, March 23rd, @ 10:00 – 11:30 am ($35)
If you are struggling with chronic shoulder or neck tightness and pain, this mini workshop is for you! Body Rolling classes are a combination of bodywork and movement integration. Improve the movement quality of your upper back, neck, and shoulders as you release tension and clear nervous system blocks to experience a profound change in alignment, muscle tone, and range of motion.
Pilates Home Practice  I (Virtual)  Lovgevity!
Create your personal Pilates space at home. Home Practice 1 will begin by building a solid foundation of the basic principles of Pilates mat and standing exercises. The home practice classes will focus on building strength and balance for function and longevity. This is not an on-demand class. I will be there watching and cuing you as if you are right with me.
(Replays are available for 7 days.) Get in touch if you are interested. Class times will be either Monday, 830 am or Wednesday, 11 am.)

Join us for this movement foundation, experiential anatomy specialty class.  Improve your core body awareness, release unwanted muscle tension, and activate your body’s internal support system. Treat yourself to a self-care retreat and restore balance and calm to your body and nervous system.  You deserve to feel good in your body today and every day!
Intro to Pilates Series 
This class will introduce you to the beginner Pilates concepts and reformer and mat exercises. Build new awareness of your whole body through movement. (Classes are limited to 3 participants)  Reach out to get on the waitlist for the next series.
Pilates Equipment Class Details (Trios – 1 teacher, 3 students, semi-private training)  Equipment classes are 55 minutes long.

******Yamuna Body Rolling*******

Experience Yamuna body rolling, a self-care practice.   Restore fascia communication, align your structure, and experience a new sense of freedom in your body.  The underlying principles of the Yamuna and Pilates Method are very much aligned.  We want to become more aware of the bones and the muscles close to the bone.  Change the awareness and tone of the core and better movement follows. Combine both techniques in your practice to accelerate your body’s access to new movement patterning.

Pilates Home Practice 2:  Stand Tall/Improve Function –   This class incorporates Pilates Mat work and standing exercises.  Expand your Pilates foundation for better overall function. Class time TBA.  Reach out if you are interested. 
Core/ Breathe Basics  – Expand your access to your breath and observe how your Pilates exercises become more accessible. Explore how your breath drives the core support needed for all Pilates exercises.  The Pilates Method is a continuous interplay of breathing and movement. This is a deep dive into the most fundamental principle of the Pilates Method.
Pilates for Healthy Backs – Are you struggling with recurring back pain and stiffness? Afraid to exercise, because you don’t know if it will be good for YOUR back? This class will restore your confidence in your body. Learn exercises to relax your back, and to rebuild strength and balance safely. Restore your happy and healthy back!
Better Balance Gain a new perspective on balancing training. Learn how simple eye exercises and mobility exercises can improve your balance. Add these to your current routine to improve your balance and support from your deep core.
