This Class is your introduction to the Pilates Method, focusing on the Reformer exercises and mat-based building blocks. Pilates exercises follow a layered approach, so you are always working to build skills for other exercises. Feel your core body in action, and energize from within.
Pilates for Mobility, Strength & Balance starts on Wednesday, January 21st @ 10 am, also an 8-week series.
This is a beginner class to support our active 55 + population and will introduce Pilates exercises that focus on improving function and posture,  with slightly less emphasis on spinal flexion. A perfect blend of Pilates meets function.  If you want to focus on spine and joint integrity, this class is for you.
