Welcome to my Pilates Movement space, located in Alpine, CA, in San Diego’s East County. My home studio serves as a Pilates movement training center and a sanctuary that facilitates healing and personal growth.

My mission is to inspire you to discover movement that feels good in your body and is aligned with your fitness and wellness lifestyle.

My training and focus include both classical and contemporary Pilates and the blending of brain-based applications to facilitate movement training. In combination, these practices create profound and sustainable whole-body solutions.

My specialties include teaching and inspiring beginners, improving strength and function for pre and post-rehab, enhancing fitness for women in midlife, supporting clients managing osteoporosis and osteopenia, post-concussion symptoms, hypermobility, and other neurological conditions.

I believe that well-being and pain-free movement are vital to living a productive and joyful life, and I want to help you reach that state, despite what you perceive limits you.

I offer private and semi-private training as duets and trios at my studio as well as virtual classes, 1-to-1 virtual coaching, and other community events and classes.
The Pilates Method is, at its core, a corrective and progressive system that incorporates alignment, breath, and body awareness to promote a more optimal and balanced body, regardless of age.
Exercise should feel good in your body, and the Pilates Method trains both the body and the mind to rewire your brain and create more efficient movement pathways. This allows the body to work together synergistically and efficiently, leaving more energy for the rest of your day. Exercise should not deplete you. It should fulfill you, physically and mentally.
