Pilates Mat – spring training series — NEW CLASS,  NEW LOCATION- — First Class is April 17, 4:30-5:30 pm, @the MTVTD! 
Build strength, flexibility, stamina and balance!   Learn how to connect movement from your center for better coordination and injury prevention.   Pilates mat spring conditioning series begins with an introduction to Pilates forms and principles. The Pilates Method promotes progressive challenges to improve your neuromuscular system. Improve overall tone, posture, and joint mobility.
* *Your first class is $15.  You can purchase an 8-class card for $120. Drop in for $18.  Class sign-up for this class is not required but is recommended. This class runs from April 17 through June 26.

NEW REFORMER TRIOS beginning week of April 29th
Open to New and continuing Pilates students. 6-week series.  You have 8 weeks to complete your series, 6 semi-private classes/ $210
Class Options are:  Monday @ 4:15 – 5:15 pm, Thursdays, @ 4:15- 5:15 pm, or Fridays @ 8:30- 9:30 am .  Classes begin week of APRIL 29th.
Roll & Restore Upper Back, Shoulders, and Neck ,  May 18th,  11  am -12:30 pm.  Cost $35
Find new ways to improve mobility in your upper back and shoulders.  The class will also include a full release of the spine and some well-deserved time, releasing neck and skull tension.  Improve alignment, release tightness, improve range of motion. Gold and pearl balls will be used for this class.  They are available for purchase at the studio.

Yamuna Body Rolling

Experience, Yamuna Body Rolling. A unique restorative self-care technique that combines breathing and ball pressure with a core core experience. Reconnect your mind to body to brain with this unique self-care technique.  Body rolling is a great way to prepare your body and mind for the inner focus that we use in Pilates.  The ball is a tool to enhance your breathing, release muscle tension, activate muscles, and restore and calm the nervous system. The ball with an education provides profound results.
Yamuna classes are offered monthly and we rotate the focus between these areas and a few others.
Roll & Restore – Spine, Breath, and Core:   
Join us for this Body Foundation,  experiential anatomy class.  Improve your core body awareness, release unwanted muscle tension, and activate your body’s internal support system. Empower your body with a self-care mini-retreat and restore balance and calm to your body and nervous system.
Roll & Restore –  Low Back & Hips:  (coming in June)
Experience Yamuna body rolling, a technique that helps create space in your body for better circulation and tissue communication, resulting in better movement outcomes for your back, hips, and knees. Restore fascia communication, align your structure, and experience a new sense of freedom in your body.
(Gold,  Silver, and black balls may be used  for this class.)

Happy Healthy Backs – Are you tired of making excuses because of your back pain?  Afraid to exercise, because you don’t know if it will be good for your back? This workshop will restore your confidence in your body, especially your spine. You will learn a variety of exercises and lifestyle tools to keep your spines strong resilient and mobile. Learn functional exercises, with some new brain hacks to help you discover healthy movement for your spine Restore your happy and healthy back!
How do you feel about your Feet – Or how do your feet feel AND- does it matter?   YES, it matters.  Learn how creating new strength and mobility in the small muscles of your feet, will change the way the rest of your body feels and moves. Let’s learn some exercises to improve our body’s support system.   If you have pain in your feet, or low back or want to improve how you walk, we need to take a closer take look at your Feet!!
