To keep clients safe in the studio, we are adhering to the following guidelines.

Face masks are not required at this time.  If you are more comfortable with a mask, please feel free to wear one.  A mask actually encourages nasal breathing as opposed to mouth breathing, which is better for you. We ask that you be respectful of others if you are in a duet or trio session.
Please stay home if you are unwell or have any concerns about possible recent COVID contact. Contact Laurie in advance to avoid being charged for your session.
That said, sometimes we feel fine, but slightly off.  Wear a mask or you have the option to arrange your session outside or as a virtual session.
Please remove your shoes upon entry. There is also a basket for your personal belongings just inside the studio.
Socks are required in the studio. 5 toe sox are recommended as they allow you to have sufficient grip on the apparatus and create space between your toes.  Toesox are available for purchase at the studio. But, for your initial sessions, any thin and stretchy socks are acceptable.
All equipment and frequently visited surfaces are cleaned between sessions.
Hand sanitizer and masks are available for your convenience.
We have the door open, when possible, and run a HEPA air purifier that on a daily basis.

All of these policies are in place to provide you with a safe and healthy environment.
