Finally, I am free of tension in my neck and shoulders. At age 67, I did not think that would ever happen. Really, I didn’t know how bad I felt until I felt this good! Over the last 20 years, my neck and shoulders had morphed into a constant state of tension. I tried chiropractic, yoga, massage, and acupuncture therapies for relief. Working with Laurie once a week has realigned my body and strengthened my core. My shoulders are relaxed and my neck is finally free of pain and I continue to be reminded of new strength and stamina in my daily life.
