Private and Semi-Private Rates

Studio Policies

All sessions are by appointment only. The above packages are valid for 8 weeks.

Payment is required in advance of your session. We accept Cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo.  CC payments are available and will include a 2.5% service fee.

90-minute private sessions are available and work well for clients with more complex issues.

45-minute sessions can also be arranged to work on a specific isssue.

Duets are scheduled by appointment only.  If one client cancels before the 24-hour cancellation period, the partner can upgrade to the private session price or continue with a 30-minute appointment.

Registration, Payment, Release of Liability, and Health Intake forms must be completed before participation in any of our programs.

Grip socks are required for all sessions.

We appreciate a 24-hour notice or more if you need to cancel or reschedule.  This time is set aside, especially for you, and your commitment is required to reach the goals we set out to achieve together.

I am updating the Cancellation policy for 2026. to reflect a cancellation with less than 8 hours’ notice. Duet students will be charged $25 for a missed session, and trio students, $15. You are gifted one late cancel at the start of each year.

For one-to-one clients, who cancel with less than 8 hours’ notice, I will record a session for you, to help you stay on track and also have for your home practice.

Please consider a virtual session if you need to stay home to care for a family member or have a sudden change in your schedule. Virtual lessons are very effective and also help you create space for home workouts.

Referrals are the highest form of gratitude.  Please share your Pilates results with others.  You will receive a gift certificate for a free class or 1 -to-one sesssion , when you refer friends and family to the studio.
