Pilates with a Purpose

Pilates is transformative, and this does not come from a one-size-fits-all programming. My training philosophy is built on care and guidance, meeting your learning style and supporting your personal growth on a deeper level.  Beyond fitness goals, my mission is to foster healing and create lasting changes in your body and your lifestyle.

Whether you are in a private or semi-private class, my goal is for you to feel something new in your body as you move along your path, building strength and restoring efficient, pain-free movement.

Solo Session: Private lessons are for those who have recently recovered from an injury, are dealing with a chronic condition, have unique needs, or prefer individual support. These sessions are designed and tailored entirely for you – your learning style, goals, and schedule.  I like to start everyone with private lessons, as even semi-private sessions, specifically my trios, require that students have a minimum level of understanding of their body, as well as familiarity with the equipment and basic exercises.
Semi-Private Session – Duet:  This is when your lesson is shared with a family member or friend.  A duet can be thought of as 2 people sharing a private lesson. You may be working on individual skills and getting more of my attention at a particular time or working in tandem on the same exercises, with individual cueing.  Duets are designed to support both students and therefore offer both flexibility and variety in class flow. It is an affordable option to progress your Pilates skills and stay accountable to your Pilates practice.
Semi-Private Class – Trio: Trios are offered both as a class on the schedule or scheduled as an appointment for 3 people.  Class scheduling is more fluid as I am mainly an appointment-based service provider.  If you like a specific time or prefer a different time, please let me know.  The trio schedule is designed to work for you.  Trios are a greeat way to become more autonomous in your practice, allow me to observe how you are learning the exercises and self-correcting.
I also offer Virtual Sessions. Virtual private sessions are a great option if you have your own Pilates equipment or a desire to deepen your practice from the privacy and convenience of your own space.
