Pilates Reformer Essentials: Series 1: Friday, November 15 – December 13. @ 9:15 am, and Series 2: Monday, November 11- Dec 16, @ 4:15, (5 trios/$175)
This is an introduction to Pilates concepts and beginner reformer exercises. Connect to your body in a new way as you learn the elements of breath, centering, and control, and build new awareness of your whole body in movement.
Pilates Mat Foundation: Wednesday @ 11 am ( Starts November 13 – Dec 11) 5 classes/$100
Empower your Pilates results with a Pilates mat practice. The Pilates mat exercises form the foundation for all Pilates exercises. Enhance your posture, stamina, and core connections. Limited to 4 participants.
Roll & Restore – Spine, Breath, and Core, November 16th, 11 am – 12:30 pm ($35)
Join us for this movement foundation, experiential anatomy class. Improve your core body awareness, release unwanted muscle tension, and activate your body’s internal support system. Empower your body with a self-care mini-retreat and restore balance and calm to your body and nervous system.
Roll & Restore – Upper Back, Shoulders, and Neck (December )
******Yamuna Body Rolling*******
Experience Yamuna body rolling, a self-care practice. Restore fascia communication, align your structure, and experience a new sense of freedom in your body. The underlying principles of the Yamuna and Pilates Method are very much aligned. We want to become more aware of the bones and the muscles close to the bone. Change the awareness and tone of the core and better movement follows. Combine both techniques in your practice to accelerate your body’s access to new movement patterning.

Core/ Breathe Basics – Expand your access to your breath and observe how your Pilates exercises become more accessible. Explore how your breath drives the core support needed for all Pilates exercises. The Pilates Method is a continuous interplay of breathing and movement. This is a deep dive into the most fundamental principles of the Pilates Method.
Pilates for Healthy Backs – Are you struggling with recurring back pain and stiffness? Afraid to exercise, because you don’t know if it will be good for YOUR back? This class will restore your confidence in your body. Learn exercises to relax your back, and to rebuild strength and balance safely. Restore your happy and healthy back! (Saturday, December 7)
Better Balance —Gain a new perspective on balancing training. Learn how simple eye exercises and mobility exercises can improve your balance. Add these to your current routine to improve your balance and support from your deep core.
